You can also make credit and debit card payments via PayPal, again another online secure payment system. To use this method you either must be registered with PayPal or you will have to register with them before payments can be made. Their software encrypts all your personal information – including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website and no-one sees your credit card number not even us! PayPal offers buyer protection for items paid for through their site.

For UK buyers cheques and postal orders are also accepted, made payable to PJ Binnion. Please post to - 24 Heathfield Crescent, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 6PF. Please note if paying by cheque this will require up to 7 working days to clear before items are sent, should you want us to send you goods immediately then please pay by credit or debit card or postal order.

We want you to be delighted by your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not, return it to us within 30 days of your purchase along with a copy of your sales receipt and we’ll refund your purchase, excluding shipping. We promise a no hassle process. Simply use the return form and shipping label at the bottom of your invoice which will be included with your shipment.

Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items
Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

Products Returned After 30 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Orders paid for by 1:00 pm are dispatched Monday through Friday using Royal Mail Signed for or Tracked methods.

We carefully inspects stock before it is dispatched to ensure maximum quality control. DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER VIA EMAIL. If something is damaged we do operate a simple returns policy: If any item is not quite up to standards then just notify us by email/telephone/post (stating reason for return) within 7days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging or the return will not be processed & the buyer will be required to pay for the item to be returned to them. When the item is received back we will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.

Should you wish to return goods that are perfect, again you must notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt. the customers are responsible for all postage costs & original postage costs are not refunded. Items must be in original packaging & not assembled otherwise the return will not be processed & the buyer will be required to pay for the item to be returned to them.

Please ensure you notify us first before any items are returned, all items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent including gift boxes.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS.
